Pricing

• All prices shown are inclusive of consumption tax.
• For users outside Japan, the billed amount may vary due to exchange rate fluctuations.

Additional Costs Borne by the Customer

• Internet connection fees and provider charges required to use the service are borne by the customer.

Credit card payments via Stripe

Payment Timing

• The first payment is processed upon subscribing to a paid plan.
• Subsequent payments are automatically processed on each monthly renewal date.

Service Delivery

• Free plan: Available immediately upon account registration.
• Paid plans: Available immediately after payment is processed.

Contract Period

• Paid plans are monthly auto-renewing subscriptions.
• Plans are renewed automatically each month unless the user cancels.

Returns and Cancellations

Cancelling Your Subscription

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time from the service settings.
• Upon cancellation, service remains available until the end of the current billing period.
• No prorated refunds are provided.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of digital services, refunds are generally not provided after service delivery begins.
• However, refunds may be granted in the following cases:
  • A critical service failure prevents continuous use of the service.
  • An erroneous charge was made due to our fault.

Free Trial

• If a free trial period is offered, cancelling during the trial incurs no charge.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will automatically be moved to a paid plan and charged.
